About the Institute
Settlement Integrity Institute LLC is an independent standards body organized under the laws of the United States. SII develops and maintains the Trust Fabric Framework — a structured assurance standard for tokenized value settlement — and administers the SII-TARS assessment program through which entities may seek certification under that standard.
SII is not a regulator, government agency, self-regulatory organization, or registered investment adviser. SII does not provide legal, financial, tax, or investment advice. SII certifies — it does not regulate. Certification under the Trust Fabric Framework reflects a finding that an entity meets the requirements of SII's proprietary standard; it does not constitute regulatory approval, legal authorization, or endorsement by any government authority.
Permitted Use
The Site and its contents are provided for informational and research purposes. You may access, read, and reference materials on the Site subject to the following conditions:
- You may not reproduce, republish, distribute, or commercially exploit any portion of the Site's content without prior written authorization from SII.
- You may not represent SII's standards, verdicts, or certification marks as your own or imply any affiliation with SII that does not exist.
- You may not use automated means to access the Site in a manner that imposes an unreasonable load on SII's infrastructure.
- You may not attempt to circumvent, disable, or interfere with any security-related feature of the Site.
- You may not use the Site or its contents in connection with any unlawful purpose or in violation of applicable law.
Permitted fair use, citation, and academic reference of the Trust Fabric Framework is encouraged. Proper attribution to Settlement Integrity Institute is required in all cases.

No Legal or Financial Advice
Nothing on this Site constitutes legal advice, financial advice, investment advice, regulatory guidance, or any other form of professional advice. The Trust Fabric Framework and related materials are educational and informational in nature.

You should consult qualified legal, financial, and regulatory counsel before making any decisions in reliance on information found on this Site or in SII publications.
